I got this some times ago and hoped it would be "interesting"--took me a year to get to it. Oh my, wish I'd read it a year ago! Yet if I've learned something from Raven, it would be this: I've read it at exactly the right time.There are innumerable gems throughout this book. I hesitate to use the word "book" because it's more like a "life" shared in words. We are privileged to peek into this life here and there, the ups and downs, the horrors and the incredible joys, and through the prism of Raven's heart right into so many gems of insight. I love this book; I love this author; I would love for you to read this. Get this adventure and if you don't read it right now, you will some day when the timing is perfect for you. Thanks Raven.

I have recently been diving deeper into crystal healing and learning the tarot for my own personal spiritual growth, and "somehow" I happened along this little gem of a book. Such a fun read by a kindred spirit. My path and experience has been similar but different (like anyone) but definitely a few a-ha moments for me here. I may never become a tarot reader for others, but who knows? Blessed be.
This book is well written, thought provoking and inspirational. I highly recommend and will purchase another book written by Raven Mardirosian. P.S. I recently had a reading done by her and would highly recommend that as well
Raven is funny, insightful, and doesn't take herself too seriously while still respecting herself and her gift. You could read it in a focused manor -- cover to cover as the only book you are reading. But, after the first few chapters, I find I get more out of it by picking it up and reading a bit whenever I'm drawn to it.
I just finished this book and feel impotent with my ability to describe this brutally honest life-changing work. All I can muster at this time is to implore you to purchase this beautiful book, pour a cup of tea and begin to read. Be forewarned, you won't emerge unchanged. Wow!
This book was such a joy to read! It hit home for me in so many ways. In "The Fool, The Coyote, The Real Me" I was cracking up. I was thinking to myself, yes, that's the real deal right there. Some of these same thoughts go through my mind. Then in "God Over A Roast Beef Sandwich" I was reminded of all the beautiful chance encounters I have shared with strangers. Finally in "A Love Letter" I was brought to tears. These are only some highlights, this book is packed with lots of tid-bits of wisdom. Thank you so much to the author, for sharing some of your story. Your down to earth, no b.s. way of sharing really resonated with me. Great book!!! I know I will continue to reread this over and over!
Reading Raven's book was like touching white fire, raw sensations, memories which were preferably lost but just kept nagging in the twilight zone.
I found the words burning into the electronic display. Somehow I could feel the pain it takes to write all that.
The pain it took to live all that.
The great courage it takes to make it heal.
Words are written with a purpose.
Paragraphs are used as vessels; Chapters as fullstops and fresh beginnings.
This book is not about academical Tarot. It is Tarot in motion.
It is a book that spares nothing.
All is torn to pieces, to be burnt in rage and left to simmer until Love will have Its way, transforming this book in such an intimate gift for us all.
Thank you Raven for not being so reluctant.
For all the reluctant Tarot readers, you must read this book. It will open your eyes and make you hear truths long needing you to hear. 💜 a fabulous writer with a unique and honest voice. A shift occurred for me while reading this book. A magical shift, I am ready to embrace.
